Abdalla is an Assistant Professor of Robotics at Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI), Abu Dhabi, UAE. His research interests lie at the intersection of artificial intelligence and robotics, where he focus on pioneering new strategies that harness AI's potential to enhance robotic control systems. He is particularly drawn to designing and analyzing innovative robotic systems that integrate AI-driven safe learning methodologies, empowering robots and autonomous systems to adapt seamlessly to their environments while upholding safety standards. His work involves compositional analysis of large-scale interconnected systems and using symbolic control and control barrier functions to ensure stability across infinite networks.

Ashok received his B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from MNIT Jaipur, where he actively contributed to research in robotic arm manipulation, spiking neural networks, and LiDAR-based mapping at Raman Lab. With multiple IEEE and Elsevier publications, his work explores convolutional spiking neural networks, robotic automation, and energy-efficient AI frameworks.

Yancheng received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University. His current research focuses on the AI-based learning and control algorithms for robotic systems.
