The AI, Robotics, and Control Systems (AIRoCS) Group advances the science of safe, data-efficient, and trustworthy robot intelligence. Our research spans certified learning and control, collective and swarm intelligence, and geometry- and physics-informed representations for adaptive robots.
We integrate visuo-tactile and force-vision fusion for perception-action learning and explore human-robot interaction through telepresence and immersive robotics. Together, these efforts aim to endow robots with autonomy that is both intelligent and verifiably safe across diverse environments.
